Shape Relativity’s Foundational Layer remotely or hybrid, applying data platforms and AI systems expertise across multiple engineering organizations.
As Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation, you will lead the full product management layer across Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge, Metadata, and Query Plane. You will define platform contracts and roadmaps supporting legal data intelligence, AI applications, agents, and internal product teams. The position combines product strategy, technical decision-making, adoption, and PM organization building.
Key Responsibilities: Define roadmaps across foundational data platform primitives
Establish APIs, access contracts, and retrieval capabilities
Drive adoption across Relativity product teams




Build PM capability through hiring and coaching
Set planning cadences and decision frameworks
Requirements: 12+ years in product management
5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations
Fluency with storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, or query engines
Ability to design API contracts and assess data consistency trade-offs
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
Lead Relativity’s data foundation with technical credibility, AI understanding, and disciplined product management across platform pillars.
