Lead hyperscale customer partnerships and complex data center transactions for Ada Infrastructure across North America. Apply commercial judgment, negotiation, and technical fluency.
As Vice President, Commercial and Customer Partnerships, you will own strategic relationships and transactions from initial engagement through account management. You will coordinate Investments, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Development, Delivery, and Operations teams. The work connects customer requirements with executable, financially sound solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Own relationships with hyperscale and strategic customers
Develop account plans from infrastructure and growth insights
Lead complex negotiations, lease agreements, and risk allocation




Coordinate cross-functional decisions throughout transaction lifecycles
Support underwriting and Investment Committee approval processes
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of relevant data center industry experience
Experience with hyperscale customers and infrastructure transactions
Solid financial, investment, and negotiation expertise
Technical understanding of power, cooling, connectivity, and density
Bring senior account leadership, transaction expertise, and infrastructure knowledge to Ada Infrastructure’s North American commercial platform.
