As Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Success, you will lead the People Team at Tigera, the company behind Calico and Lynx. Advise executives, develop team members, optimize HR practices, and build frameworks for onboarding, performance, leadership development, and retention. You will also provide primary site leadership for Vancouver.
