The Regional Vice President manages a designated region under the COO with minimal supervision. You will develop the territory, oversee operations, build recent business, manage budgets, and develop Managers and Team Leads. The position requires insurance expertise, leadership, and strong analytical capability.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least ten years of insurance industry experience
At least five years of management experience
Technical knowledge across insurance lines and the Lloyd's Market
Microsoft Office, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
