Responsibilities Ensure the management of production priority orders;
Detect, follow up and alert as needed in case of shortages to ensure delivery;
Perform servitude requests and validate requirements in SAP;
Provide visibility on escalated emergencies to the concerned teams;
Ensure configuration management for the triggering of Workpacks;
Produce BROF (Return Slips on Work Order) when required.
Desired Profile You know how to work in a team;
You know how to interact with clients in an emergency context;
You are autonomous, have good adaptability, are structured, reactive and synthetic;
You are rigorous and know how to coordinate multiple departments;
You know how to produce reporting;
You are bilingual (French and English).
