Coordinate high-volume product sales orders for Wajax, from order reception through delivery, using accurate documentation and customer-focused communication.
This Sales Representative role supports retail sales processing across product purchase, delivery management, and vendor communication. You will work with sales representatives, production teams, vendors, customers, engineering, and other departments. The position also supports customer service, project managers, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Review product sales and customer requirements with sales teams
Plan timely order processing, purchases, and product delivery
Document requirements for vendors and internal departments
Coordinate drawing approvals with engineering, vendors,



and customers
Coordinate all aspects of product delivery
Requirements: High school education or business-related diploma
Three to four years of work experience
Experience in a similar position or related field
Ability to process high volumes of product sales orders
Robust accuracy in order documentation and delivery coordination
Bring order coordination, vendor communication, and delivery management skills to Wajax’s high-volume retail sales process.
