The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Organizational Change Management activities and developing and delivering OCM strategies, plans and supporting deliverables using the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and change management best practices. This is a hands‑on Change Management role requiring someone who can independently assess organizational change, engage stakeholders, identify impacts and resistance, and develop practical strategies to support successful adoption. This position is 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, Monday to Friday. Hybrid and remote arrangements will not be considered.Key Responsibilities The Senior Organizational Change Manager WillWork with Project Managers, Business Leads and project teams to understand initiatives and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to the future/post-implementation stateDevelop and deliver a comprehensive Change Management StrategyDevelop and maintain the overall Change Management PlanIdentify stakeholders and facilitate discussions to understand stakeholder impacts and change impactsConduct Organizational Readiness Assessments, evaluate results and provide recommendationsDevelop and execute Communication PlansDevelop Sponsor Engagement strategies, reporting and supporting materialsDevelop Training Plans and support organizational/end‑user readinessDevelop Resistance Management Plans,



identify anticipated resistance and recommend mitigation strategiesDevelop Reinforcement Plans to support adoption and sustainment of changeIdentify OCM risks, issues and barriers to adoptionIdentify actionable and targeted OCM activities for integration into the overall project planFacilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews and impact‑assessment sessionsPrepare and deliver updates, presentations, training and workshopsMaintain OCM project documentation in accordance with established standardsWork independently while collaborating closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of organizational Change Management practicesRequired Qualifications & Experience To be considered, candidates must have:Prosci/ADKAR certificationDemonstrated hands‑on experience delivering Organizational Change Management on enterprise‑scale initiativesExperience leading Change Management activities for IT projects and/or digital transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience developing and delivering:Change Management StrategiesChange Management PlansStakeholder and Change Impact AssessmentsOrganizational Readiness AssessmentsCommunication PlansSponsor Engagement and reportingTraining PlansResistance Management PlansReinforcement/Adoption PlansStrong knowledge and practical application of Change Management frameworks and methodologiesExperience identifying organizational risks, issues and resistance and developing appropriate mitigation strategiesExperience facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops and trainingAbility to work effectively with executives, sponsors, business leaders, SMEs, Project Managers, technical teams and end usersFamiliarity with project delivery methodologies including Agile and WaterfallExceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within complex project environmentsHighly Desirable Experience The following experience would be considered a strong asset:Utility, energy or gas industry experienceNatural Gas Transmission & Storage knowledge or experiencePrevious experience within a Crown corporation, government, regulated organization or large enterprise environmentStrong understanding of IT systems and how technology/digital transformation impacts business usersNorth American work experienceExperience improving or maturing organizational Change Management standards and practicesImportant - Onsite RequirementThis is a 100% onsite position in Regina, Saskatchewan.
