This temporary, full-time position serves clients at Bethesda Regional Health Centre/Bethesda Place. You will direct and perform meal preparation, cooking, and service while following health care standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. The work supports patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

- Prepare secure, high-quality nutritious meals for facility clients
- Cook and serve meals according to established standards
- Follow departmental, regional, and government requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum one year health care or institutional cooking experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Current Food Handler Training Level 1 certificate
- Knowledge of therapeutic and modified food textures
- Knowledge of sanitary food handling principles
