You will coordinate breakfast preparation, production, and timely service under Chef-approved methods. Transportation is provided from Thunder Bay or White River to site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preparation, production, and service of breakfast meals
- Prepare food using recipes and production guidelines
- Measure, chop, trim, peel, and mix ingredients
- Operate ovens,



stoves, slicers, mixers, grills, and fryers
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils

Requirements:

- Experience as a cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, sanitation, and storage
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Basic math and interpersonal communication skills
