Lead daily retail operations as a Corporate Store Key Holder with Bulk Barn, supporting staff, customers, and store standards. Work part-time with flexible availability.

This permanent, part-time position assists the Store Manager and Supervisor with business operations. You will lead employees, delegate tasks, process transactions, maintain the store, and support customers. Retail experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff when the Store Manager is absent
- Coach, motivate, and lead employees during daily tasks
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Process cash transactions using POS and Interac
- Clean, restock, and safely unload store deliveries

Requirements:

- Proven leadership abilities and professional communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Robust interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Availability for twelve to twenty-five hours weekly
