Protect a distribution centre in East Gwillimbury as a Security Guard using access control and professional communication. This full time position runs Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1600.

Allied Universal seeks a Security Guard for gatehouse operations at its East Gwillimbury facility. You will monitor employee, contractor, visitor, driver, and vehicle access while supporting shipping and receiving activity. The position also requires surveillance monitoring, patrolling, emergency response, customer service, and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify authorized people and vehicles entering the distribution centre
- Maintain gatehouse logs, identification records, and vehicle activity
- Conduct interior and exterior facility security checks
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms,



and security equipment
- Document incidents, daily activities, and shift events

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License and First Aid and CPR
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Eligibility to work in Canada up to 40 hours weekly
- Reliable commute to East Gwillimbury and required shift availability
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift 20 kilograms
