The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads daily activities within an assigned area and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. This full-time position oversees inspections, audits, containment, nonconformance, corrective actions, and quality coverage across manufacturing environments. The supervisor supports product integrity, audit readiness, operational performance, and team development through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish priorities, staffing, scheduling, and shift quality coverage
- Coach Quality Assurance Technicians and Specialists through feedback
- Oversee inspections, testing, laboratory activities, and layered audits
- Lead containment, MRB, rework,



and corrective action activities
- Review quality metrics and support continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of manufacturing quality experience
- Two to three years of formal or informal leadership experience
- College diploma or degree in a related technical discipline preferred
- Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, inspection criteria, and quality data
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and ERP workflow proficiency
