As a Premium Services Intern, you will support Suite Holders during Scotiabank Arena events. Your work spans ticket receipts, prospecting, pipeline management, couriers, event details, and special requests. You will also contribute to employee communications, events, recognition programs, and administrative records.
Key Responsibilities: Distribute additional suite ticket receipts
Support prospecting and daily pipeline management
Coordinate couriers, suite details, and donation records
Assist Suite Rental service from POS through arrival
Support employee events,



communications, and recognition programs
Requirements: Currently enrolled in sports, public relations, or communications studies
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Accuracy, attention to detail, and independent work ability
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Develop premium services experience through suite operations, fan service, sales support, and communications at MLSE.
