Key Responsibilities: Lead the Commercial Credit adjudication team
Review, recommend, and approve credit applications
Ensure decisions align with risk appetite and framework
Monitor portfolio performance against key risk indicators




Coach team members and provide developmental feedback
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business, economics, or related discipline
Ten to fifteen years of commercial lending experience
Commercial real estate and non-real estate lending experience
Five to ten years managing high-performing teams
Strong analytical, negotiating, communication, and presentation skills
