Serve Edmonton customers as a TD Customer Experience Associate, using transaction accuracy and service advice in a 15-hour schedule.
This associate supports TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business in Edmonton, Alberta. The role requires established customer service skills, knowledge of basic banking products, and communication skills. You will complete routine transactions, identify customer needs, and provide solutions through standardized procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional experiences during every customer interaction
Complete deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions
Respond to customer concerns and escalate when necessary
Identify needs and open limited products or services
Promote banking products,

Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
Established customer service skills for routine transactions
Broad knowledge of the supported basic product suite
Working knowledge developed through training or work experience
Bring customer service, transaction accuracy, and banking product knowledge to TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking team in Edmonton.
