Element’s Senior Finance Process Excellence and Automation Analyst modernizes finance shared services. You will simplify workflows, develop AI-enabled solutions, and create insights that strengthen efficiency, controls, and performance. The work combines technical delivery with problem-solving and stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize finance process improvement opportunities
Lead automation, AI, reporting, and workflow solution delivery
Build solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL
Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and exception reporting




Support adoption through documentation, guidance, and change management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field
Four to six years’ relevant process, finance, automation, or analytics experience
Finance or financial services process knowledge
Required hands-on Alteryx experience
Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, data transformation, and visualization
