Homewood Ravensview seeks Casual Security Guards for its 75-bed mental health, trauma, and addiction facility. This role supports protected patient care while working collaboratively across the site. Duties include monitoring cameras, screening visitors, communicating by radio, documenting incidents, and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities: Patrol facility interiors and exteriors for security concerns
Monitor cameras, property, events, entrances, and exits
Respond to alarms, aggression, emergencies, and Emergency Codes
Screen visitors and prevent unauthorized entry




Prepare accurate reports and maintain routine logs
Requirements: Fully licensed British Columbia Security Guard
Relevant six months of security or emergency-service experience
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Availability for day, afternoon, and night shifts
De-escalation, discretion, and emergency decision-making abilities
