Key Responsibilities: Advise customers about home and auto insurance products
Explain coverage options and answer customer questions
Analyze needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Help customers make informed insurance choices
Contribute to new initiatives and support implementation
Requirements: At least one year of similar experience
Fluency in English and French for customer service
Solid communication, listening, and computer skills
Willingness to complete the Quebec AMF licensing exam
Availability for evenings, rotating Saturdays, and statutory holidays
