Shape Knix’s ecommerce experience through sophisticated UX/UI design, Figma expertise, and conversion-focused thinking across web and mobile web.
As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own design quality across Knix, Kt by Knix, and Mntd. You will guide homepage-to-checkout experiences, lead template redesigns, and translate requirements into buildable solutions. Your work will connect visual craft, interaction thinking, performance data, and customer research.
Key Responsibilities: Own UX/UI direction across Knix, Kt, and Mntd
Redesign PDP, PLP, homepage, cart, and checkout templates
Maintain a scalable web and mobile design system
Partner with eCommerce, Product, and Engineering
Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research initiatives
Requirements: Six or more years of UX/UI design experience
Significant direct-to-consumer ecommerce or digital retail experience
Expert Figma proficiency with components, variables, and prototyping
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and gen AI tools
Portfolio showing visual design and measurable ecommerce outcomes
Bring accurate visual craft, interaction expertise, and conversion-focused design leadership to Knix’s growing ecommerce experiences.
