As a Principal Strategic Alliances Manager, you will independently lead senior technology partnership initiatives at Appfire. You will connect partner priorities with customer needs and Appfire solutions across enterprise software ecosystems. The work spans platform technologies, marketplace programs, commercial models, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships across Atlassian and technology partner organizations
Lead partnership initiatives from opportunity identification through execution
Monitor platform roadmaps, marketplace programs, policies, and business models

Represent Appfire in senior partner meetings and ecosystem forums
Requirements: 7+ years in strategic alliances or enterprise software partnerships
Experience managing senior external stakeholders independently
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and digital marketplaces
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
