Samsung Electronics Canada seeks a Senior Specialist skilled in reverse logistics and SAP/ERP to manage product returns, pricing, and related operations. This position requires transparent stakeholder communication and accurate documentation.
The Senior Specialist directs and monitors product sales, pricing, and reverse logistics activities for Samsung products. You will process return requests, appeals, approvals, and customer orders while coordinating with customers, carriers, warehouses, and SECA teams. The position also supports procedures, reporting, training, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and action outstanding customer return requests
Execute daily reverse logistics processes and track KPIs
Coordinate Return Authorization approvals with SECA teams




Process claims and appeals with SECA Finance
Create manuals, procedures, reports, and training materials
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
One to three years of related reverse delivery experience
High proficiency in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Data analysis, reporting, communication, and customer service skills
Apply reverse logistics, SAP/ERP, KPI management, and stakeholder communication skills to support Samsung product returns.
