Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant Manager provides leadership supporting sales results and customer experience. You will manage the floor, inspire a high performing team, improve operational efficiency, and increase traffic through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with sales leadership
Own customer experience across the sales floor

Requirements: High school diploma required
Two years of management experience preferred
Fashion clothing experience preferred
Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service
Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
