This Senior Manager oversees regulatory guidance and rules for an assigned financial services sector. The work covers research, legislation, policy analysis, consultations, and principles-based, risk-focused regulation. You will advise management, support strategy, and lead policy initiatives affecting industry market conduct in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee FSRA policy agenda planning, design, development, and delivery
Provide evidence-based policy advice and recommendations to management
Manage research, environmental scans, monitoring, analysis, and assessment
Lead stakeholder consultations on legislation, regulations, and policies




Build teams through hiring, coaching, training, and performance management
Requirements: Postsecondary degree in finance, law, economics, public policy, or related field
Six to eight years managing financial services policy development
Experience interpreting legislation and regulations
Experience leading stakeholder consultations and partnerships
Solid communication, leadership, judgement, and project management skills
Bring regulatory policy leadership, evidence-based analysis, and stakeholder expertise to FSRA’s financial services mandate in Ontario.
