This senior leadership role directs estimating and preconstruction for commercial, institutional, healthcare, municipal, and interior construction projects. You will prepare competitive estimates, pursue opportunities, and support backlog growth. Experience with General Contracting, Construction Management, Design-Build, P3, and IPD is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead estimating and preconstruction activities across project sectors
Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, pricing, and tender submissions
Source opportunities through public tenders and negotiated work




Develop relationships with British Columbia construction stakeholders
Mentor estimators and improve estimating procedures
Requirements: Minimum 15 years estimating with established general contractors
Experience across commercial and institutional construction projects
Proven experience with five project delivery approaches
Established British Columbia network of industry contacts
Robust leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
