Connect Albertans with personalized banking advice at ATB Financial’s Oyen branch, using relationship building and sales skills to meet client needs. This temporary assignment lasts six to twelve months.
As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will help personal and business clients choose banking products, services, and solutions. The work includes savings, investments, credit cards, and less complex lending options. You will also identify referrals, promote digital tools, and protect client information.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products
Guide clients toward savings, investment, and lending products
Identify referrals across ATB’s full suite of services




Promote digital tools and educate clients on use
Manage risk, compliance, privacy, and information security
Requirements: Two to four years creating client experiences
One to three years in retail banking or similar
Experience with lending products considered an asset
Passion for sales and relationship management
Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
Bring client experience, banking knowledge, and relationship skills to ATB Financial’s Everyday Banking Advisor assignment in Oyen.
