As Senior Manager, Market Operations, you will build, operate, and scale Gatik’s assigned regional presence. You will lead multidisciplinary site teams across fleet, safety, customer service, technicians, and shift supervision. The position connects daily depot execution with market growth, customer SLAs, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee depot operations, yard traffic, staging, schedules, and fueling protocols
Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and engineering integration
Recruit, schedule, onboard, and manage safety drivers and technicians
Enforce Safety Management System, PPE, regulatory, and reporting requirements




Launch depots, customer hubs, routes, and scalable operating practices
Requirements: Six to ten-plus years operational leadership in logistics or fleet environments
Experience managing multidisciplinary fleet, safety, service, and technical teams
Expertise in freight flows, yard management, staging, and fueling infrastructure
Mechanical understanding of commercial vehicle systems and maintenance
Vendor negotiation, KPI analysis, communication, and disruption-management experience
