Provide rehabilitation nursing at Baycrest Hospital using clinical assessment and interdisciplinary care skills. This temporary part time position serves older adults on evening shifts.
As a Registered Nurse in Inpatient High Tolerance Rehabilitation, you will support older adults recovering from musculoskeletal conditions. The work focuses on functional goals, independence, and client and family needs. Apply nursing interventions, medications, treatments, teaching, and communication skills within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients and families from admission through discharge
Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing interventions
Administer medications and treatments within RN scope




Provide client-centred interdisciplinary care
Teach nurses and nursing students
Requirements: Current good-standing College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate, Level C AED
BScN preferred
Accountability for organizing, leading, and delegating care
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bring rehabilitation nursing, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary care skills to Baycrest Hospital’s older adult patients.
