Summerbliss Pty Ltd t/a Noodling is seeking a Chef / Cook to join our restaurant in Cannington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes
Management of kitchen operations
Maintaining quality of food of all stages of food preparation
Management of protected and hygienic work environment
Working in a team environment
Working alongside owner and contributing towards menu
Working efficiently under pressure
Working in line with budgets
Ordering and maintaining stock levels

To be considered for this position, you will need to hold a relevant culinary qualification and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

You will also need to have proven experience working with Japanese cuisine.

A remuneration package between $79,499 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
