The Lot Associate is often the first and last Associate customers meet. You will follow Home Depot’s GET Model, maintain carts, and ask questions about projects. The work also includes helping customers load merchandise, securing products, and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, engage, and thank customers through the GET Model
- Maintain sufficient carts near the store entrance
- Ask open-ended project questions to determine customer needs
- Load and secure merchandise in customer vehicles
- Keep exits and loading areas clear and clean

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of retail experience
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
