The role
You will own a book of enterprise accounts and one number: retained revenue. You decide which accounts need you most this week, and you go there. This is a commercial role. You will spend your time with executives, not running support tickets.
What you will do
- Own renewals across your book, from strategic accounts to smaller ones, and protect every dollar of recurring revenue.
- Build relationships with the executives who decide: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of Salesforce platforms. Reach past your champion when the
