Avanti Tax supports clients with personal, business, and corporate tax returns, online bookkeeping, HST filings, payroll, and non-resident property sales and T2062 requirements. The team also assists with CRA audits, reassessments, overdue filings, correspondence, and representation. Avanti Tax’s approach is practical and clear, helping clients understand their obligations and next steps with confidence.

About the chance

Avanti is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, organized bookkeeper who wants to help build the bookkeeping side of the practice.





This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity for increased hours, responsibility, and compensation as the practice grows. You’ll take over existing bookkeeping clients, coordinate client follow-ups, and work directly with the owner to improve processes and deliver excellent service.

As we bring on additional bookkeepers/client managers, we anticipate this person taking an increasingly important leadership role—helping train and supervise team members, coordinate workloads, and review bookkeeping work for accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks.
