This experienced Loader Operator position focuses on heavy equipment operation and material movement. You will handle soil, gravel, and debris while supporting grading, leveling, and site preparation. The work requires construction safety knowledge, coordination, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment
- Move, load, and stockpile soil, gravel, and debris
- Load trucks and verify proper weight distribution
- Complete inspections, lubrication, and fluid checks
- Assist with grading, leveling, and site preparation
Requirements:
- Previous loader or heavy equipment operating experience
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Positive coordination and attention to detail
