Build AI agents with Cortex, SQL, and Python or JavaScript for Gorgias’s go-to-market workflows. This role centers on production automation and practical business adoption.

As a GTM Engineer, you will own agents supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You will use prompt design, tool calling, REST APIs, and automation tools to move workflows from manual processes to reviewed agents. Production automations and solid AI fluency are required.
