We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer - ETL to lead and oversee the end-to-end data and document migration strategy for enterprise modernization initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, profiling, cleansing, and transforming legacy data structures and document attachments into modernized cloud database solutions. Leveraging advanced ETL tools, complex SQL development, and relational database expertise across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database, you will develop detailed technical specifications, construct automated data migration pipelines, conduct mock conversions, and ensure data integrity through post-migration reconciliation and audit controls.

Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)

Duration: 10-month contract.

- ETL & Data Migration Leadership: Design, develop, document, and execute full-lifecycle data and file migration solutions to transition legacy systems to modernized platforms.
- Data Profiling & Cleansing: Analyze source data across heterogeneous platforms, conduct comprehensive data profiling, and implement pre- and post-migration data cleansing routines.
- Pipeline & Interface Engineering: Build, configure, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and custom conversion scripts.
- Complex Database Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL routines, and data extraction scripts across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database environments.
