Key Responsibilities:

- Help plan and deliver wellness programs
- Encourage participation in activities and special events
- Monitor and record resident engagement levels
- Support safe, welcoming activity spaces
- Prepare calendars, posters, and newsletters

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working with seniors is a robust asset
- Education in recreation, gerontology, or social work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
