You will engage customers, know your audience, and connect shoppers with books, ideas, and lifestyle products. The work includes sales-floor service, merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations before or after closing
- Engage customers and curate product collections
- Conduct cycle counts and replenish merchandise
- Use merchandising standards to create appealing displays
- Respond to customer feedback and share improvement ideas
Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store functions
- Commitment to exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
