Capital One Canada seeks an experienced Senior Associate Product Designer for its Experience Design team. You will shape web acquisition and onboarding journeys through information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and UI design. The work connects customer insights, regulatory constraints, and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Influence strategy for web acquisition and onboarding experiences
Analyze traffic, dashboards, and competitor research for A/B tests
Map flows, prototype concepts, and create high-fidelity interfaces




Develop accessible experiences simplifying complex customer workflows
Refine design systems and integrate user research feedback
Requirements: Four to five years of UX or Product Design experience
Responsive web design and public-site experience
Information architecture, UX research, wireframing, and design systems
Advanced responsive design and accessibility knowledge
Expert Figma knowledge and a portfolio demonstrating design impact
