This Business Development Associate supports Operational Business Development leadership and corporate strategy. The work combines construction project tracking, CRM management, capture planning, and responsive Statement of Qualifications preparation. You will help identify teaming partners, internal personnel, and subcontractor alliances for pursuits.
Key Responsibilities: Support project pursuit strategy with Business Development leadership
Attend industry outreach and informational events
Prepare capture plans and supporting opportunity documentation
Draft responsive Statement of Qualifications submittals




Track pursuits and report business development activity through CRM
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Four-plus years' business development experience in construction, engineering, or design
Ability to identify, prioritize, organize, and track construction projects
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Occasional travel and deadline-driven quality focus
Apply relationship-building, CRM, capture planning, and proposal skills to advance construction pursuits and support corporate growth efforts.
