As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will support customers immediately following accidents with qualified, informed guidance. You will coordinate claims, rentals, repairs, and towing while applying policy knowledge. The work includes high-volume workflows, investigation, negotiation, and collaboration with repair shops and rental providers.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers onsite after accidents
Manage claims end-to-end, including towing, repairs, and rentals
Review repair estimates and support appropriate settlements




Maintain accurate documentation and timely claim resolutions
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless service
Requirements: Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
Ability to manage workflows involving 100-plus claims
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
Post-secondary education or CIP progress is an asset
