Support IT infrastructure governance and project reporting as a PMO Analyst working with internal groups and external vendors. Use Oracle Projects and SharePoint across project administration.
This PMO Analyst supports the IS Infrastructure PMO and IT Projects Admin areas. The work includes project governance, reporting, resource management, and project application administration. You will collaborate with Project Managers, operational teams, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement while addressing project information and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide input into PMO plans, directions, and relationships
Audit projects for Software Development Lifecycle compliance
Maintain governance, controls, and performance documentation
Administer Oracle Projects, SharePoint, OnePlan, and PMO tools




Investigate application issues and reporting discrepancies
Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration or Information Systems Management
At least four years of directly related PMO experience
At least two years supporting Information Technology infrastructure projects
Knowledge of PMO processes, procedures, and activities
Solid Microsoft Office, analysis, prioritization, and time management skills
Apply your governance, reporting, Oracle Projects, and infrastructure project experience across essential PMO operations and administration.
