Key Responsibilities: Provide patient- and family-focused care within RPN scope
Assess and document patient health status continuously
Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care
Collaborate with registered nurses and interprofessional teams
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements: Recognized RPN diploma and Ontario registration in good standing
Current Basic Life Support certification
Complete CC1 within three months of hire
