As an Employee Benefits Co-Op, you will support Marsh People and Investments’ Health and Benefits practice. You will work with client teams across industries, helping design benefits programs and manage related analysis. The experience includes calculations, presentations, project coordination, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze employee benefit programs for varied organizations and industries
Calculate plan costs and project future expenses
Use internal tools to price plan design changes
Support client meetings and prepare transparent communications
Learn products, markets,



underwriting, and rate-setting concepts
Requirements: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis
Experience designing presentations and communicating clearly
Flexibility, organization, and attention to detail
Two years toward a Business bachelor’s degree preferred
Build consulting experience through employee benefits analysis, project teamwork, client communication, and financial management support at Marsh.
