Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and support the store team
Deliver operational excellence across store functions
Communicate key messages and business objectives
Review business and human resources metrics
Support inventory, stocktaking, sales, and customer loyalty strategies
Requirements: Two to four years of retail experience
Food Safe Certification
Proficiency with computer applications
Knowledge of health and safety practices
Leadership experience and business education are assets
