Construction project management expertise is needed in Kahnawake to coordinate asset maintenance and recent construction projects for KSCS. French and English are required.
As Construction Project Manager, you will represent KSCS and manage projects from planning through close-out. The work includes public infrastructure project management, contractor coordination, cost control, and compliance oversight. You will monitor schedules, scope, quality, and safety while supporting effective execution across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate contractors, consultants, professionals, and internal stakeholders
Manage tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes
Monitor progress, costs, schedules,



variances, and change requests
Oversee commissioning, handover, close-out, and project documentation
Requirements: Diploma in Building Engineering Technology or relevant training
Over five years of experience in the field
Knowledge of public infrastructure project management principles
Ability to interpret plans and technical specifications
Excellent spoken and written French and English
Bring organized project leadership, construction knowledge, and bilingual communication to KSCS projects based primarily in Kahnawake.
