As an Emergency Department Team Lead with Paladin Security, you will oversee daily operations and guide on-site guards. The work supports a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors across the Emergency Department and Mental Health Ward. You will coordinate patrols, emergency responses, reporting, and patient watch support.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and train security guards
Manage scheduling, attendance, audits, and required training
Conduct patrols and coded emergency responses
Investigate, document, and escalate security incidents




Coordinate security planning with clinical staff and emergency services
Requirements: Two years of leadership experience in healthcare security
Two years of general healthcare security experience
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Use of Force and MOAB certifications or training willingness
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and report writing skills
Bring healthcare security leadership, de-escalation, and incident reporting skills to Mount Sinai Hospital’s Emergency Department.
