This entry-level position provides structured training while you implement individualized behavioural interventions under Registered Behaviour Analyst supervision. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group ABA services, follow treatment programs, and apply clinical feedback. The multidisciplinary team supports communication, social development, emotional regulation, adaptive functioning, and independence.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized one-to-one and small-group ABA intervention
Implement treatment programs and behaviour support plans
Apply reinforcement, prompting, shaping, DTT, and NET




Collect behavioural data and complete clinical documentation
Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members
Requirements: Post-secondary education completed or underway in a related field
Foundational ABA knowledge or interest in clinical competency development
Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to follow direction and apply constructive feedback
Professionalism, reliability, patience, and adaptability
Build practical ABA experience through supervised intervention, clinical training, behavioural data collection, and compassionate child-centred support.
