Support UPS technology deployments in Burlington using hardware knowledge, network administration, and customer-focused technical service. This permanent position follows evening hours.

As a TSG Specialist Level I, you provide deployment and support services for UPS-approved technology products. You support internal and external customers and UPS IT infrastructure through planning, troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and technical advice. The position also coordinates vendors and supports communications systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform integrations and installations for external customers
- Assist with facility technology management activities
- Fulfill service requests and address customer requests




- Conduct TSG technical disaster recovery procedures
- Support landlines, smartphones, data lines, and PBX systems

Requirements:

- Technical experience with hardware
- Valid driver’s license and working car
- Ability to travel to other work-area sites
- Independent work with minimal supervision
- Robust communication skills for customer interaction
