Project ManagerJob SummaryThe Project Manager with Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil experience, under the direction of the President, will primarily be responsible to implement developed operational changes necessary to ensure that projects are being completed on time and on budget and all health and safety procedures are consistently met.Job DutiesEffectively plan the project's workload and flowOversee project management to ensure effective milestone planning and completion of deliverables on time and on budgetCoordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and deadlines, as well as delegating work accordinglyImplement developed operational changes necessary to ensure that production quotas and procedures are metParticipate in departmental planning activitiesAnalyze departmental operations and identify areas requiring improvementOversee staff to ensure work is being performed according to established standardsEnsure all direct reports have clear goals and are aware of expectationsEnsure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsEnsure that employees adhere to all health and safety regulations and that safe work practices are being followed at all timesEvaluate employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and formal evaluationsEnsure that all staff under your direction are equipped with and are using the proper personal protective equipment.
