Litco LSO is a Legal Support Organization (LSO) that unites independent law firms by sharing services and business practices across a network of partners. As a first-of-its-kind LSO for North America, we provide the financial, IT, and HR infrastructure that lets our partner firms focus on what they do best: serving their clients.

Who You Are

- Have 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including managing month-end and year-end close and financial reporting
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a CPA designation (completed or in progress) is preferred
- Have experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; Sage Intacct experience is considered an asset
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex workbooks, formulas, and large data sets
- Learn new systems quickly and use them effectively
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and collaborate across teams




- Bring exceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and interruptions, and consistently meet deadlines
- Are able to successfully pass a criminal and background record check

How You’ll Make a Difference

Reporting to the Finance Coach, the Senior Accountant oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results across multiple entities. You’ll keep our financial information accurate and on time, turn results into explicit insights for management, and help shape how we close and report.

- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
