Procom seeks a Senior Project Manager for a contract ending March 31, 2027, with possible extension. You will manage IT projects centered on business process and organizational change. The work requires coordinating Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders while aligning initiatives with broader portfolio goals.
Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
Set program standards with the Program Manager
Develop plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets
Identify risks and issues through data-driven reporting




Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors
Requirements: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent qualified certification
Six-plus years leading IT projects involving organizational change
Three-plus years managing cross-functional large-scale initiatives
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodology proficiency
Bring Salesforce project experience, portfolio alignment, and change leadership to Procom’s remote Senior Project Manager contract.
